a) Training Classes (Fee Activity)

This is On-Line or On-Site training session for 1 to 1 or 1 to 15 attendees. Learners will register & book the course as per the availability. Facilitator shall be assigned and all the material shall be provided online. Programs, Courses, Fees & Schedule details shall be available in the Course Catalog of the Portal. After successful completion of exams, results can be transmitted to official bodies. Fees to be paid online by Learners. Cash Fees collection (Through Bank & Fee Challans) can be done for On-Site Courses. Payments direct deposit or email transfer to be made to Authors, Facilitators, Managers & Service Providers as per the agreed percentage of fees collected.


b) Mentoring Sessions (Free activity)

This is one-to-one or maximum one-to-three Mentoring session. It is scheduled by Manager on the request of One-O-One Member(s).

Topic, short contents, timings, and facilitator name will be displayed in Scheduled Activities section of the Portal.


c) Consulting Sessions (Fee Activity)

This is a one-to-one session scheduled by Manager on the request of One-O-One Member. It will be audio or video based session like Skype. Nominal fee will be charged by Portal from the One-O-One Member in agreement with Consultant.

d) Meetings (Free activity)

This is a one-to-many meeting session of not more than 1 hour duration. Number of attendees to be decided by the Manager based on the available resources. On the request of One-O-One Member(s), meeting is scheduled & monitored by Manager. Topic, agenda, timings, requester and conductor’s name will be displayed in Scheduled Activities section of the Portal.


e) Professional Services (Fee Activity)

The module contains a list of professional services which are offered to the user. User can view the list and made request for his/her desired service. The service request will be sent to relevant service providers registered in system. The services can be of different types but there is a generic workflow/steps for acquiring the services. The user & service provider shall be charged per service on mutual agreement.


f) Team Collaboration (Fee Activity)

The clubs will be created & then user will be able to join the club & pay the club fee. Throughout the club members can do the team communication & team activities. Invitation for events can be sent to members or other public for the registration for the activities/events and can be charged for the event. Task & courses can be assigned to the team members. Details of activity expenses, team KPIs, team assets can be maintained. Users shall be able make Donations for the Clubs.


g) Classifieds (Free Activity)

The users of One-O-One Corporate Services Network shall get free place to sell or rent their items with direct interaction to other users to make a secure transaction.
